I had a delightful brunch at Pop's Diner Co. in Virginia Beach! 🌞 The atmosphere was bright and cheerful, and our server, Ashanti, was attentive and friendly.

I ordered the Piglet Omelette - filled with kielbasa, ham, sausage, and topped with rich bacon jam. It was a flavor explosion! The unique biscuit, halved and buttered before toasting, was a nice touch.

My friend's Meat Lovers omelette was solid, with that quirky slice of cheese on top. While my cheesy Shrimp & Grits were a bit too salty, the staff's willingness to remake it showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.
