Noodle Man is a hidden gem in the Haygood Shopping Center! 🌟 I eagerly watched the chefs pull handmade noodles - it’s a mesmerizing show! I ordered the Chicken and Mushroom Noodle Soup; while the chicken could’ve been a tad more cooked, the flavors were spot on - perfect for a chilly day.

The star for me was definitely the Mongolian Beef Stir Fried Noodles - seriously delicious! Plus, the staff was super friendly and even helped package our leftovers. Clean and casual atmosphere, great for families too. I can’t wait to return and explore even more of their menu! 🍜
