Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and there’s been a few times I’ve come here with same outcome! This is the slowest Popeyes ever…..I’ve waited over 20 mins for my food just so that they can come outside to collect my receipt as well as two other receipts to figure out who had what order.
Soooooooo unprofessional, inconvenient, and bad business.
No apologies or any type of hospitality was provided.
Whoever manages and owns this restaurant should feel ashamed with such service to the public.
I advise anyone who thinks about coming to this location to think twice and go to another establishment for business.

"I had a terrible experience with Popeyes' customer service today.
When I approached the cashier, they were frustrated and annoyed by my presence.
I am not certain why however she was consistent with a sarcastic laugh as we ordered our food.
After I placed my order, the cashier suddenly yelled out, 'y'all gone be waiting!' toward the back end f the restaurant.
My partner and I got his drink and in a dismissive manner she said so it will be 20 minutes in our direction.
I was confused as we already ordered and she said that is what she was trying to say when she yelled to the back.
I’m still perplexed that I was shocked and she should have been embarrassed by the way the manager allowed customers to be treated.
It's disappointing to receive such poor service, especially when I was looking forward to enjoying my meal.
I would not recommend visiting this location until they improve their customer service .
The manager apologized how as her staff carried on, there was no intervention to stop nor correct the behavior.
Communication is a basic skill that frontline staff should demonstrate.
Never is yelling at a customer appropriate.
How was I to know y'all gone be waiting was asking if waiting 20 minutes was okay.
The wait was fine the interaction was disgraceful.
Long story long no this location will not be used for catering nor any other biscuit needs in the future.
Bae had legs and Mac and cheese.
I had red beans and rice.

If I could give it lower I Would! Such a terrible experience.
Worst Fast food establishment Ive ever been to. Ordered food at the drive through.
Payed at the window and told to go to a parking spot and they would bring it out.
Waited 20 minutes and finally went inside to get it.
They wanted to see my receipt and looked dumbfounded and confused on why I haven't gotten it yet.
The manager says it will be another 5 minutes.
Not happy but i go sit and wait.
not long after that, another gentleman comes in and says they made his sandwich wrong.
Same sandwich i ordered.
They tell him 5 mins as well.
about 7 or 8 minutes go by and that gentleman got his sandwich...same thing I'm waiting for.
I give it a few more minutes.
Nothing! I hop in line and by the time i get to the register, it had been almost 40 minutes from the time I ordered.
(I only get an hour lunch break) The lady at the register whom Ive already talked to still confused and didn't know why I was waiting.
I tell them i just need a refund at this point and that i have to go.
I took almost 5 minutes for them to even figure out how to do a refund. No apologies or anything.
I'm not one to go to corporate, but i did.
No, surprise they don't care either.
I reached out to the Franchise owner.
Got a response a week later asking for details so they could forward it to the Store manager.
Im not sure what thats going to do since she didnt care to begin with. I dont want anything from them, I just want to warn everyone to avoid this place at all cost! If the franchise or corporate reads this (doubt they will) Just train these people better. I want to add, after finally getting my refund (which im not even sure I actually got) I went next door to KFC.
I got my meal in less than 10 minutes. Popeyes-0 KFC-1
