They were so rude a d acted annoyed that someone dare to ask a question.
They didn’t listen.
They didn’t tell me there would be a wait for the chicken until after I paid.
I would have ordered something different.
They showed zero respect or customer service and the food was subpar.
Everyone had to wait for their food.
It was me and two other cars.
They weren’t even busy and they didn’t apologize for the wait or offer anything.
The manager was so rude when asking me to pull up.
The only nice person was the guy who brought out my food.
This is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience.
I thought the other time it was because it was late and everyone was just tired or something but it’s just poor all the way around.

Awful in every way.
The drive thru speaker has been broken for months.
It is not efficient to take orders at the pay window.
I haven’t gone here since the chicken sandwich craze and hoped the experience would be better when I recently went back to try the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich.
The wait in the drive thru line is much too long due to the aforementioned broken speaker.
Once at the window I could only see 2 employees in the entire store—one taking my order, one with a mop walking into the dining area.
The window employee was taking payments, filling drinks, fulfilling orders with food taken from under the heat lights.
Who know how long ago that food was cooked and out there.
The fries I got were room temperature.
I asked for a medium fry and got a small.
The sandwich didn’t even have ranch on it.
I wasn’t given a receipt either.
100% not worth the time in line nor the money spent.
I just don’t understand how a fast food restaurant can still be in business with these kind of issues.
I’m sure door dashers avoid this restaurant at all costs.
I’ve finally learned my lesson, I’m never going to eat here again.

Handicapped access is good and parking meets expectation.
The restaurants clean with booths for seating.
It's a convenient location at Atlantic Blvd at Arlington Rd.
Conversation possible and kid friendly.
The chicken , biscuits with red beans and rice is delicious.
