Just a reminder the menu items and prices might be different between your App and at the counter. For instance, the big box meal online and app comes with fries but the big box meal if you order at the counter does not have fries.Make sure to ask questions.
I have been going to this location for years and witnessed the decline in food value and customer service. On my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was great, and food was cooked to order.Hot and fresh.I enjoyed it.
We come to this location often due quality of food and service.Who wouldn't like Popeyes? But tonight was NO exception! Placed a mobile order at 8:10 pm to be picked up in the store .We arrived to this location at 8:30 pm only to find out the doors were closed with no sign whatsoever the reason behind it.The hours of operation posted in the window clearly states dining room opens until 9:00 pm.We had no choice but to go to the drive thru.Upon arriving at the drive thru our food was not ready. It was 8:45 pm at this time and yet we have to wait additional time to finally get our food and considering this order was place through the app.At this point we asked the male crew member why the dining room was closed and he stated they were "understaffed".This was the same excuse used to our previous visit but we let it go. And mind you this male crew member was not representing Popeyes by wearing an MLB baseball cap (A's) and not a Popeyes hat - really not a good representation! The wost part is the food - OLD and DRY.There was nothing appetizing about it as they looked like they have been sitting out all day The pictures tell it all and the tenders was also missing the dipping sauce.Such an unfortunate experience tonight - money was definitely wasted. The management really need to look into this understaffed issue .Will not come back to this location again.
