I am sorry to say that this is the last time I will visit my local Brownsville Popeyes.
I had noticed that the service and quality of food had been going down (chicken under heat lamp too long), but my last visit took the cake.
I paid over $11 for a 1/4 pound shrimp combo.
I took pics of what I got.
No way is this 1/4 pound of shrimp.
Plus, no biscuit.
I also got a 2 piece chicken combo that was supposed to be spicy (I couldn’t tell).
Food tasted eh—other Popeyes serve you fresh food that actually comes to you as advertised.
Disappointed that I will no longer be able to get Popeyes in Brownsville.

Terrible consistent service at this location.
Employees take forever to acknowledge the customers.
I waited over 30 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and when I went up to ask check on my food they told me they hadn’t even started on it.

The food is average but the service is a nightmare and it's been like that a while.
You often left to wait before any employee acknowledges you at the register.
Has happened varies times with different managers in charge.
I get they are busy but it doesn't take much to say something to acknowledge people are waiting like, " we are sorry for the wait, we will be right with you as soon as we can.
