I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on W Markham St and had a mixed experience. While the atmosphere was casual and the staff were friendly, I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered the spicy chicken but unfortunately they were out, which was a letdown.

I settled for the nuggets with the new Stallion sauce, but they arrived cold and the fries were rather stale. The highlight was definitely the hottie sauce - perfectly tangy! 🍗

Manager Shakita was fantastic, addressing my concerns and ensuring I felt valued. I appreciate her customer service! However, I hope they work on food consistency for a better experience next time...
