First time at this IHOP and it will be the last.
I went in hungry and left even hungrier and very disappointed.
The quesadilla had almost NOTHING.
And Lechera's pancakes didn't have lechera but a substitute for an "x" cream with vanilla.
I definitely won't return to this place to leave my money in exchange for a bad experience.
The only nice thing about the place was the waitress (Alisha ) which is why I leave the two stars.

I dined in and the service was okay.
They messed up our order but our waiter fixed it.
I had ordered fruit as a side and looking at the fruit i realized that the fruit had mold.
It was horrible.
This is why I never come here but the reason I came was because it was close by.
Don’t go here unless you want moldy food.
The thing is nobody seemed to care but our waiter.
The manager didn’t even come talk to us nor did they apologize.

The food was good but my waiter did not put my order in correctly.
Then when I asked if I could get some type of discount, he doesn't even approach it with the manager.
He lies and tells me he had put it in correctly.
Yet, he lied because it didn't even show on the receipt.
So other than that...
beware! Other than that, he was nice n food came out on time.
