Today was the worst time I have ever had at this Newk's.
I always order the same thing.
A new young man was there to take my order.
He didn't know how to ring up the special request when he asked for help his manager looked at me with disgust and threw her hands up in the air and slammed her keys on the counter.
Walked over to the register with a stank attitude.
I said sorry for the inconvenience to her and she ignored me never gave me eye contact nothing.
After I ordered I went outside after about 15 minutes or so no pizza and I was the only one in the restaurant.
I went inside to see if it was ready and the young man said oh we didn't know you were outside.
I said oh is it in the trash he said no it's over there hold on.
I went to were it would be and the manager with a nasty attitude says I will call your name when it's ready.
They never took my name.
At this point I was pissed.
Why was she so nasty? I went back outside and after another 5 or 6 minutes they bring my pizza and it's cold.
I just got up asked for a Togo box and left.
I hope they let that manager go she is horrible for their business.
Made my experience horrible and I eat there at least 3 or 4 times a month.
Won't be back for awhile.

The food was okay.
The salads we ordered had brown lettuce.
And when we brought it to the attention of management, we were told that it's normal for this time of year.
They didn't even bother to try to pick out the brown lettuce before serving it.
Probably will not eat here again.

Overall a solid choice for lunch rotation.
I had the half pair with half a Greek salad and half a Newk’s club sandwich.
The sandwich is on the small side but tasty and pairs well with the salad.
The one thing I don’t like about Newk’s is the plastic stadium cup.
Seems like an expensive waste to throw away but how many does anyone need to keep?
