Ordered a family meal which was $48 and some change they forgot to put our biscuits in the order.
I called to let them know no answer.
There wasn’t even a long line I felt like they were rushing to get us out it was only like two people in line me and another person.
The food quality is not the same.
I have had bed at different locations.
I will not be coming back at all.
You guys need to do better than this.

Came here before 3 p.m.
Got an 8 piece family meal with a large side of red beans and rice and 4 biscuits which I exchanged for the new strawberry biscuits, and a strawberry lemonade.
Before leaving I realize I only received 3 strawberry biscuits instead of 4.
The cashier goes on and claims she could only exchange 3 biscuits.
Well, that still leaves me with a missing biscuit, which she replaces with a regular one.
I'm not one to go back and forth, but I've worked in fast food before and if you only have 3 strawberry biscuits, just say so.
Don't lie or leave me a biscuit short, which is paid for.
And like most chains in this area, no receipt gets handed over.
When you ask, they act dumbfounded.
Please get yall receipts people!! Otherwise, the fried chicken was good, and the biscuits mediocre.
The lemonade was too sweet.

Best flavor in the area.
Food is always hot and fresh.
The service at this location is phenomenal.
The employees look like they enjoy serving you fresh food.
This spot has gotten better since they cleaned up the area across the street.
