Went here during lunch time and the restaurant was better than I would have thought for a Chinese Buffet. There was no waiting in line. The menu items had so much variety of food that I was surprised.Anything from traditional Orange Chicken with noodles and rice🍚 , to Mexican food like Chicken Quesadillas🌮 , to last but not least Italian food like Chicken Alfredo and Pizza🍕. The waiter was super attentive and kept my refills drink full and was polite. The restrooms were also clean as was the whole restaurant.I enjoyed my time here and can't wait to visit this location again for sure. It's around $17 with tax per person, which is worth it in my opinion with all the taste and delicious food this restaurant serves.
China Star offers a decent buffet experience that combines familiar flavors with a touch of customization. One standout aspect is the staff's dedication to cleanliness; the place is well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant dining environment. The buffet itself boasts a variety of typical options, covering the usual favorites you'd expect from a Chinese buffet. From savory stir-fries to flavorful noodle dishes, there's a satisfying range for diverse tastes. However, my only qualm lies in the limited healthy options available. While the classics are well-executed, an expanded selection of lighter, nutrient-rich choices would enhance the overall dining experience. A unique feature that elevates China Star is the section where you can cook your own food. This adds an interactive element to the dining experience, allowing patrons to customize their dishes to their liking. The DIY aspect not only adds a fun twist but also ensures your meal is prepared just the way you want it. In summary, China Star is a reliable choice for those seeking a varied buffet experience. The attentive staff and clean surroundings contribute to a positive atmosphere. While the standard buffet fare is well-prepared, a broader array of healthy options would be a welcome addition. The opportunity to cook your own food adds an extra layer of enjoyment, making China Star a solid 10/10 for those who appreciate a mix of tradition and customization in their buffet experience.
The food and prices are good.Customer service is excellent, however, during our last visit we noticed some changes on tbe sitting arrangements, for some reason they removed the boots and placed the benches up against the wall.It is uncomfortable trying to have a private conversation when you have a stranger sitting right next to you.We also noticed a new manager, I guess that's where the new sitting idea came from?
