Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Chicken crust not flowered properly the crust is falling off and not the very proper way of doing Popeyes way.
Also the biscuit did not have a normal traditional Popeyes biscuit Cajun rice and the red beans was excellent and up to temperature very hot overall store was fairly clean and not too busy on the inside today

The fat black bald woman manager/store manager whoever she may be rudely answered the phone when I called to explain that a LONG strand of weave/hair was cooked into my nugget that I pulled out my mouth! Didn’t even want a refund due to if it happened once it could happen again, she instantly got smart stating “there’s no women there that has hair, she’s a woman & doesn’t have hair” which I’m more than positive is just a tail to get me off the phone..raised her voice upon ending the call saying to bring the food back & she’ll replace it & instantly hung up…a simple conversation that COULDVE brought her awareness brought her anger…know how to treat your customers in ALL ratings..I’ve managed and supervised places myself and know how to handle all situations..the way she goes by hers are disgusting and distasteful! She’s been this way for years, wonder how she still has the position & you show NO respect nor CARE for none of the patrons..I could’ve spent my money elsewhere, 0/10 for THIS Popeyes..get her out of there and watch the change!

I offer him $5 to bring out the delivery order so I can get a move on with my work and he says he wants at least $8...
then proceeds to sit on his butt for the next half hour...

Context: this location is doing that fun thing where they lock their lobby and let traffic run out into the street just so they can do slightly less work and make their owner a LOT less money, and I tried to get an employee (who turned out to be extremely greedy) to expedite the delivery order so their lackadaisical practices don't impact the delivery.
Plenty of restaurants expedite.
That lobby is not supposed to be locked outside of the posted lobby hours on the door anyways.
