I ordered at drive through, 5pc two can dine comes with biscuit and two sides combo deal.
I didn’t check it which I SHOULD HAVE! It’s a simple order, get home chicken is COLD! NO BISCUITS & WRONG SIDE! Popeyes do better for your customers.
It’s not cheap now a days the least you could do is get a simple order correct.

Check your red beans and rice cups.
This location only fills half way up the regular cup.
Patricia says thats just how its done.
Ill never spend my money there again.
And i usually dont.
I think ill stick with the usual.

There is Absolutely no diversity in the store it all one race ..there is absolutely no one that looks like me works at this location which made me feel very uncomfortable..secondly the staff is rude including the managers if your not there race I noticed they treat u different I only say this because I’m a dark skin Colombian man that they assumed don’t know any Spanish as they stood in front of.
Me and spoke n Spanish to each other about my issue thinking I could not understand them .MARIA COUNT YOUR DAYS WORKING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR INTERACTION WITH ME WAS SO VILE AND DISGUSTING U CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ANOUT HAVING A JOB AND THE MANAGEMENT LUKE AND THE OTHER ONE TO STAND THERE AND LET YOUR EMPLOYEES SPEAK TO PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT WAY IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE.
