Disgusting.Workers smoking pot outside the door where you could literally smell it !!!we ordered drive thru, drive thru worker had no idea what she was doing, horrible customer service, all new faces, horrid horrific shoddy service, sat and waited 30 minutes for this Disgusting monstrosity to come out.When i asked for my money to 2 of the 4 employees, the 2 males smoking reefer in the back and the 2 females on drive through i was told they didn't know how to do that so i had to beg for a bag, as both bag bags were entirely covered in GREASE ALL RIPPED UP SOOO UNFORTUNATELY I ASKED for a remake and got blank stares,and no bag.so after a 35-40 minute wait for 2 munchie ( gross ) CLUCK meals i just left and went (I HAVE FOOD POISONING TYPING THIS)I WENT elsewhere and my dogs wouldn't even eat THAT DISGUSTING FOOD.I'M SO TIRED OF THIS LOCATION. Update : went TO THE DOCTOR TODAY, FOOD POISONING WENT BACK TO JACK IN THE BOX AND Nettie refused my refund yet offered me a replacement meal when they should replace that entire crew, I'LL GIVE THIS DISGUSTING MESS TO A STRAY DOG AND DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR GAS.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. LeShawn should stop bringing pot to work on his backpack reeking like smoke.Yall suck

While waiting for my food, a customer from drive through came in cause them gave him the wrong order.Instead of throwing the food away they tried giving it to me because it was my order.I told them I didn’t want the food the man brought back in, the manager got mad at me.I asked for my money back and she would not cancel my order.The manager is very unprofessional!!! I will never come back to THIS Jack in the box.

I drove up to the drive thru and had to wait 5 minutes before they could take my order.They were out of the spicy chicken tenders but i got something else instead.When they gave me my order i asked for ranch sauce and she only gave me ONE miserable little sauce.I asked for more but she said that she has to charge me 27 cents for each one extra???? That’s ridiculous.I am very upset with my experience.How am I supposed to eat my meal with only ONE sauce? Wont be coming back in a long time.
