Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I can’t believe i am giving this review on my favorite fried chicken! I’ve been eating fairly healthy but craved Popeye’s for dinner.
Told my kids I am getting Popeye’s! Went to the drive through ordered 12 pcs family meal with 2 large sides (red bean and rice and coleslaw)! Paid $40.57! Only to find out that the 12 pcs (6 wings, 1 drumstick and 5 thighs), got the saddest red bean and rice! Mostly rice over a thin layer of beans and oh the coleslaw was 3/4 full.
called the location where i bought it (Millard Ave) to tell them of my experience, i was told “you were probably waiting for awhile and we were low on chicken! WHUT?! I replied you should tell your costumers that!! And he hang up on me! Really?! Favorite no more!

Out of all the fast food style restaurants this is always one of the worst.
The staff never seem to know what they are doing and like they have absolutely no training whatsoever.
They act clueless as to what they're doing.
95% chance your food order will not be correct and I watched at least four people wait in line with their bags of food waiting for them to be corrected in the short 45 minutes I was there.
Another new trend at this particular location is that the dining room and bathrooms are absolutely filthy and disgusting.
Lost my appetite completely when I saw both (see photos).
Paid $55 for three meals and chicken was old and stale.
Ended up throwing most of it in the trash.
I'm posting this in the hopes that Popeyes corporate sees this review and takes action.
I love Popeyes but definitely don't recommend going to this location until major changes are made.

I come to this Popeyes weekly and sometimes more than once a week.
Today what I got was absolutely disgusting.
I asked for no thighs.
What I got was the inedible part of a wing- a drumstick that looked like it had been dropped in something nasty.
The Chicken breast was tiny and looked like it was cooked a week ago.
The biscuit was hard as a rock. I did call the manager and reported it, he did try to rectify the situation and I did decline.
How absolutely disappointing! I’ve been coming to this Popeyes religiously since 2013 - I endured all the staffing turn overs - the tweaker looking staff - and the wrong orders.
But I know times are tough so I try to be loyal. No More! …and to the employee that was laughing as I drove away……Karma sister!
