My wife and I came here the other day.It was very busy and we had to wait for 30 minutes on a table, which was fine. When we were notified our table was ready, we were quickly sat, and our waiter Trey was very prompt with checking in with us.He offered outstanding service while we dined. My wife got ribs, and I got fried shrimp and chicken. The ribs tasted wonderful. My shrimp was really tasty as well, and my only complaint was that the chicken was super breaded, so I ended up with chunks of just breading.Overall, it was a pretty good experience and worth going to.I'd recommend coming here, and I imagine we will be coming back to enjoy it again.
This is my go-to when I'm on the road going to my destination. The reason is the food is usually pretty good & I can bring Skippy in with no problem.Big shout out to Alexa, my server. She was warm & welcoming to us both.My complaint would be the country Fried Steak is tough & the breading doesn't stay on it.The mashed potato & and gravy, along with the southern style green beans, were ok.The potatoes could be creamier & the green beans were a little sweet. The only reason I am being honest is that my best friend helped open up quite a few of these chain restaurants. They used to be really good, but the quality of the food is slipping.I hope they look into it before we lose them.Overall, compared to a lot of chains, this one is still worth stopping by.
Went to celebrate a milestone birthday with the family. Called in 2 hours in advance for reservations and even with arriving 15 minutes early for the seating, we still waited almost an hour. When asking about it the less then friendly hostesses said, "we are working on it!" I saw countless tables of 2, 3, and 4 being seated...we were a table of 8. They then ask if it would be okay to split us up between two tables - which we said okay to and within 5 minutes. That was the only unpleasant part. Our servers were amazing...yes, we only really had a younger guy but him and lady in her mid to late thirties were helping him out with his tables, and they were so friendly and personal and worth the trip. The food there is, and the only issue was my mom felt the blacken shrimp was too spicy, so we helped her eat it. But everything was amazing after leaving the hostess stand.
