Customer service was unprofessional.
The girl slammed the drive thru window in my friend's face, sounded entirely illiterate and loud the whole time through the window and all, and while my friend waited for 15 minutes for a simple wing meal, they were chasing each other around the lobby.
Somehow ran out of fries, probably because of abysmal management, and when they subbed Mac n cheese, gave us this pitiful portion. Avoid this Popeyes.
Not worth dealing with bottom of the barrel employees.

First time here, customer service was bleh.
Food service was decent but fries were forgotten.

Second time, Customer service is bad.
Wait time is extremely long even though there was 1 person in front of me.
Ordered my food at 7:04 online.
Got here at 7:10 and was told to pull to the side.
7:30 comes along and I call to check the status of my food and she tells me “they’re just now making it”……

If I could get zero stars I would.
Went there a couple months ago.
Went in and the gap toothed black woman told me it was card only( like I wouldn’t be able to pay with a card) and I said I had a card and she seemed upset she had to wait on me.
Graving Popeyes again so I went thru the drive thru and the got almost every wrong so I went to get it fixed and the same woman acted like it was my fault.
Terrible attitude.
And the camel’s back broke was the worst service ever at a fast food restaurant.
Lousy customer service.
Lousy food.
I don’t condone firing people but she needs to go.
