I recently catered from Pollo Regio for a Cinco de Mayo fiesta, and it was a hit! 🌮 Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared, keeping warm for hours. The chicken in my nachos was beautifully seasoned, though I wasn't a fan of the cheese sauce - it tasted a bit canned. 😅

Still, the stellar customer service from Christina made the experience shine! She ensured we had all the essentials like plates and utensils. The restaurant was clean, organized, and everyone was friendly.

I’ll definitely be back to try more items! Highly recommend for parties and gatherings! 🎉
