Phuong Nam Restaurant is a hidden gem for Vietnamese cuisine in Garland! 🌟

I tried the renowned Bún bò Huế, and while the broth could’ve been a touch more flavorful, the array of toppings like chili peppers and Chả really elevated the dish. My wife opted for the Cơm Đặc Biệt and enjoyed the flavors but wished for a bigger portion.

Overall, the service was friendly and attentive. You might want to ask for the extended menu for more hot pot options! I can’t wait to return for more of that delicious seafood hot pot... 🍲
