Pollo Lounge and Grill has a cozy vibe, perfect for a casual dinner. I enjoyed the cheese pupusas - they were delicious and the highlight of my meal! However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes, especially for the prices. I ordered the fried chicken expecting crispy delight, but what I got were soggy chicken tenders instead. 🙁

The live music added a fun touch, but it was quite loud! Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick bite, but I wish the food matched my expectations... Will I try it again? Maybe for the pupusas!
