Poki Bowl is a delightful spot for poke enthusiasts in San Jose! 🌺 I recently tried their ahi tuna poke bowl, and I was impressed - the fish was incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with sushi rice. Most toppings are free, which is a huge plus!

The atmosphere is casual, making it a great stop for lunch or dinner. While the service could use a little boost (some staff seemed distracted), the overall experience was enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for that spam musubi again! 🍣
