Tucked away on State St., Poke Plus Madison is a delightful poke bar that exceeded my expectations! 🌊

The build-your-own bowl concept lets you get creative. I opted for the spicy salmon, topped with crispy onions and a generous drizzle of their Big 3 sauces - absolutely delicious!

The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for a quick lunch or a solo bite. Service was impressively fast, and the fresh ingredients made the meal feel satisfying without being heavy. Just be mindful of extra charges for toppings!
