The girl at the counter didn’t take her AirPods out to take my order.Asked for salmon and they were out, which would have been nice to know.Portion size was super small compared to some of the pictures in this thread. The actual food is fresh and the flavor was good, especially the spicy citrus ponzu sauce, but overall the experience wasn’t great for what I paid.
The poke bowls here are more enticing to look at than flavor gives. Edit: I was trying to avoid being harsh on them after only trying it once but since the establishment wants to critique my review, here are more details: your sauces are too sweet. The portions mediocre for price, the edamame was undercooked, tofu super dry, and there was an overall fishiness to the dish that shouldn’t exist for raw fish.Lowered the service score too because the response here put an even worse taste in my mouth.Customer service extends to these google reviews and I think sometimes establishments forget that.

Hello Linda - thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience. As a local guide, I would have hoped that you could have articulated more about your experience to (1) help us improve and (2) help potential guests with their decision to dine with us or not. You may be more helpful in the future as a “guide” if you describe what you ate and use adjectives to describe exactly what wasn’t as enticing from a flavor perspective. If you’d like to converse further about your experience, please email me at contact@poke.guru
The food was very yummy and everything tasted fresh. The prices are a bit on the higher end, but quality of my meal was great!
