This review is mostly for the ramen, will probably try the sushi next time. Service was good, very nice and attentive. We tried two kinds of ramen and both were not good.
The broth is pretty bland on both ramen we tried and the pork belly on the tonkotsu was really dry and overcooked. The gyoza was bad either, it was just a bit over as well. Overall just avoid the ramen, there are better places to go.
Service definitely saved this place from a 2 star.

Updated edit: I ordered takeout from Mori, and it looks like the quality has gone down.
I ordered the $27 Chirashi, and they gave me paper-thin slices of sashimi.
The tuna was practically a piece of paper, and the ikura was mushy and congealed together.

I was so disappointed to have spent almost $30 for this dish. I didn't think that Indiana would have my favorite Japanese comfort food Okonomiyaki, but I found it.
Their sushi is high quality, and the service is so friendly.
10/10 would recommend Mori Sushi in Fountain Square

My first time here, I’m visiting for work.
The staff are professional and nice.
I had enough time to decide on what I wanted to eat and asked about a few things.
Highly recommend trying the Sushi here.
