I visited Pizza Hut in McKinney and had a mixed experience.

I ordered the My Hut box with chicken wings, and honestly, those wings were disappointing - tiny and not at all what I expected. 😂

On a brighter note, Tommy at the counter was fantastic! When my pizza melts came out a bit too crispy, he immediately offered to make fresh ones, showing genuine care for customer service.

Despite the hiccup with the wings, the staff's attentiveness really made a difference! I’ll definitely be back to give it another shot... 🍕
