We visit this waffle house Christmas Morning every year as our tradition.We are always Thankful for the folks who have to work on a holiday .We try to spread a little Love to each and every employee.Thank y’all for another great Christmas Breakfast.We’ll see Y’all next year
Friendly service, carried by an old time vibe.Felt like I was in one of them western movies/scary movie, where people stop in the middle of nowhere and the servers already know the locals.I loved it! The food was good, can never go wrong with some chocolate/regular waffles.My sandwich was a bit too toasted but that's ok because it still tasted good.
I waited before leaving this and disclaimer *I understand my views are strictly based from my experience alone I do not expect this company to lose customers nor do you expect this company to present me with me any monetary compensation whatsoever, I am posting this for awareness and clarity for all, as a public place that allows reviews it’s my right as a paying customer to provide my honest feedback on the service i received on 7/20/2024: I want to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at Waffle House during my recent visit.This review is not intended to solicit free food but to highlight the issues I experienced with the hope of improving future service. My husband and I visited Waffle House and placed a simple order, clearly written out to avoid any confusion.Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Order Details: * My Order: * Bacon cheesesteak (noting that the option to double has been removed from the site, which is beyond my control) * Double hash browns with ham, cheese, and onions Instead, I received: * An overcooked single hash brown with no cheese, no onions, no ham, just tomatoes. * My Husband's Order: * Patty melt with double hash browns, cheese, chili, and tomatoes He received an incorrect order as well.To make matters worse, he found a long string of hair in his meal, but was too embarrassed to mention it at the time. The receipt accurately reflected what we ordered, but the items in the bag were completely wrong.This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when the order is so straightforward. At 6 a.m., a manager called and assured me that the situation would be rectified.Given this assurance, I expected a resolution.However, if the person who called had no intention of addressing the issue, why reach out in the first place? To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.The meal cost $41.00, and the service we received was far below expectations.It is disheartening to deal with such poor service, especially when there was a clear promise to make things right. Given these circumstances, I believe a food inspector should visit this location.The mistakes and the hair in my husband’s food are not just disappointing but also raise concerns about hygiene and overall quality control at this establishment.I hope that steps will be taken to improve the service and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
