September 14, 2024I recently ordered from Pizza Hut in Durham and my experience was definitely mixed. The Big New Yorker meat lovers pizza is always a favorite, but this time there was a mix-up with my order. I requested it without cheese due to an allergy, yet it arrived covered in Parmesan.
When I called the store, I felt dismissed by the manager, Ashley, who didn't seem willing to assist in making things right. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant has great potential, but the service left much to be desired. I hope they can improve... 🍕
