September 17, 2024I recently tried the Pizza Hut on Glenwood Ave, and the experience was less than ideal. While I enjoy their cheesy goodness, my last order took over an hour to arrive. The pepperoni pizza was burnt, and I accidentally received a veggie pizza instead - definitely not what I wanted! 🥴
While it's convenient with no-contact delivery options, the customer service was lacking as no one answered my calls for assistance. I appreciate their accessible parking, but this location could really use some managerial support... Will I come back? Not anytime soon! 🍕
