Pizza Hut

place is TERRIBLE. ordered 2 cheesy breads, 2 2L, and 3 pizzas for a team event placed around 3:15, and set to arrive at 4:30.
only got the bread and drinks, no pizza.
when i called, the call service was nice at first.
she said their website glitches all the time and always deletes things from people’s carts(which they desperately need to fix) however when offering to “go get her supervisor” to get this location to remake my pizza, or at least give me a credit/refund, she hung up while putting me on hold.
so i called the store directly, i had to pay for my pizzas (changed the order to 1 medium cheese and 1 hawaiian) my pizzas were delivered wrong AGAIN.
the hawaiian had zero pineapple.
just a ham pizza.
then, it was a large instead of a medium.
who wants a large ham only pizza?? the person on the phone was nice for the most part (no customer service training and kept laughing at the situation).
then another girl in the back looked at my order and said “oh my godddd she lying” like??????? the person on the phone laughed at her but i never said anything because the girl in the back would probably spit in my girls pizza 🤢.
they gave me a “discount” yet i was still charged $30.
for two pizzas.
sucks and will NOT be wasting my time nor money here again.
ridiculous.

Picked up pizza for a relative who sent me the money through cash app to pay for their food.
I received notification today that my transaction total had been updated.
Someone took the liberty of adding a tip to the total.
I thought it was odd when the young lady handed me a pencil to sign the receipt but since I didn't have a pen handy I just went along with it.
One thing I can not stand is a thief.
I called to report the issue to the manager but no one answered the phone.
Be careful using your cards at this location.
Exactly why I use cash app with restaurants.

Pizza Hut is trashing our roadways and neighborhoods with temporary signs.
They put them out but don't remove them.
The food's good but I can't patronize a place that uses signs that quickly turn into trash.
I picked this one up off the street today (1/28).
