I had a delightful experience at Pink Salt Restaurant & Lounge! 🌟 The ambiance is cozy and trendy, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. I tried the Classic Ceviche and it was divine - fresh and tangy! The Pesto Risotto was a bit on the salty side, but still worth a try.
The cocktails are a highlight too; I loved the mocktail version of Pisco Sour with a cute alpaca on the glass! 🦙 The only downside was the service took a bit longer than expected. Overall, it’s a lovely spot that truly showcases Peruvian cuisine. Can't wait to return for their Lomo Saltado! 🍽️
