However, my recent experience was overshadowed by a rude interaction while placing a to-go order. It seemed out of character since I've always received warm service before. The teriyaki beef was surprisingly lacking sauce, which was disappointing, but the comfort of this cozy spot keeps me coming back for more! Looking forward to my next visit and hope for better customer service... 😊
