I finally made the trip to Pinchos Bori, and it was absolutely worth it! The pinchos were delicious, particularly the BBQ and hot sauce drenched shish kabobs. 😋

The bread was fresh, and I loved the casual, trendy vibe of the place. The owner was incredibly friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout our meal.

Though I would have preferred my kabobs a bit more charred, I’ll definitely ask for that next time! Overall, fantastic comfort food that reminded me of home in NY. Just a heads-up - make sure they're open before heading out; had some conflicting info on my visit. Can’t wait to return! 🌟
