As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I felt very safe to eat here.
The waitress was super knowledgeable of what contained dairy in the menu.
She also told me about the special diet menu that I ended up ordering off of, which was the most accommodating menu I’ve ever seen from any establishment.
The special menu was free of gluten, dairy, soy, and other allergens.
Not to mention, everything was delicious.
I would 100% come back.

I picked up a to-go order that was supposed to be ready in 20min, ended up taking 40min.
No big deal, but I spent $20 on two small tacos, some flavorless white rice and refried black beans.
WAY too overpriced.
I had to ask for salsa to go with the tacos and they gave me a sickly sweet, thick creamy sauce that literally tastes like chick-fill-a sauce.
Not even close to salsa, and not a good match for sausage egg tacos.
Overall very disappointed.

Paleo, keto, gluten free, vegetarian… name your dietary need and this place can accommodate it. This is my go to brunch spot when I’m looking for easy, healthy, and fresh - but still feel like I am “going out”. The cappuccino with MTC and collagen, done keto style with heavy whipping cream, is easily the best cup of coffee I can get outside my own home.
(I am a coffee snob - my preference is for rich and chocolatey notes vs “sour” which is so popular with the hipster scene.) One of my favorite keto treated are the almond flour tortilla chips with their various dips! Ask for Regan she is sweet, social, knowledgeable, and caring.
