Ordered some boxes of sandwiches for delivery for a workshop and the food was great, they called in the AM when they opened to confirm details and agreed to come a little earlier than I could request on the online form so I could get it set up in time for the lunch. Andrew arrived on time and set up for me. Always love their food!

A few weeks back I started ordering from here because I was looking for a good place to order delivery to my restaurant and get some outside food to my line cooks.The first couple of times were great; stacked sandwiches with fresh ingredients toasted to perfection.Recently I made a group order for my kitchen, and there were several mistakes with the sandwiches (no big deal, it happens) I called and asked just for one of the sandwiches to be remade, and delivered at their leisure.The person I spoke to first was kind and understanding, assuring me theyâd make a delivery soon.An hour and a half passes before I get curious and call back.I am respectful and polite, but this time the person to answer the phone asserts that they are the manager and I would not be getting a replacement order.I ask why, and she says that she made it and was certain there were no mistakes.I had not eaten the first sandwich and was willing to exchange it for the replacement, but I guess she thought I was trying to get one over on them or something.Embarrassing and unprofessional.Will never order from here again. EDIT AND UPDATE: for anyone reading this, seeing the âownerâ reply, itâs purely posturizing.I paid cash, so there was never any way to âtake it off my orderâ, and I was never contacted or followed up with.My 1 star remains unchanged.

The food was good, but one of the line cooks laughed at me and walked away when i asked if they had vegan cheese (Iâm lactose intolerant and celiac, and the website made it look like the team would be trained to handle that, but i guess not).The servers hardly made eye contact with us even though we were the only ones there, the cashier acted like we were the biggest inconvenience sheâs ever had, and like i said i was literally mocked for asking for cheese that wouldnât make me sick.Whoever is the night manager in this store needs to be either fired and replaced or put through remedial training asap.Then after they dropped off my pizza at the table, they put my partners pizza in the online order area and forgot about it until he went up there to ask- all while having literally no more than 1 other customer and maybe 2 door dashers over that 12 minutes. Yikes.
