Terrible.Dirty.Literally the worst experience.Trash cans over flowing, staff doing the bare minimum.Where is the manager?! They were out of everything in the front.Staff were constantly going back and forth to grab bags, silverware.3:30pm in the afternoon and the place looks like a wreck..Food tins piled up sky high.Floors disgusting.

Low key might be the worst chipotle location I have ever been too.Multiple times now that they do not chicken, chips, white rice, ie other items.I donât understand how you can be out of all those items.I mean they had to use tin foil to wrap over the top of my burrito bowl because they didnât even have the tin tops.I would say if youâre looking for chipotle definitely do not pick this location.You will always end up disappointed.
I have constantly shown grace to The chipotle location at 13th & Walnut yet every single time I am let down and disappointed!! This store lacks the leadership it needs to give their customers excellent service.I usually order from this store through DoorDash and my order is always wrong and/or missing items or added items that I didnât ask for.When you go into the store the line is usually always long.You never see the manager helping out the staff you never see them out front to keep up with demand.The leaders at this store let the employees take the fall Every time and all they do is offer poor excuses to bad quality food and terrible service.Anytime I ask for FRESH meat Iâm always faced with staff telling me it is not possible to get fresh meat and when you ask how long it takes to get a fresh batch itâs always âan hour waitâ⌠meanwhile there is visibly only 1-3 scoops left.So itâs obvious this store pushes for all ingredients to run out before they prep more.That is not acceptable to me and it is an inconvenience to the customers.Staff obviously cuts corners when prepping food maybe lack of training or just lazy and donât want to do it correctly especially when it comes to the rice and guac.The staff does not prep the food with passion, they are simply there to do the bare minimum job and go home.This leads to customers being dissatisfied every time! You NEED staff that is passionate about not only providing good quality food but can take initiative to lead the team when the managers donât.They use the excuse of being short staffed to put out bad quality food.That is UNACCEPTABLE.Every one should be contributing to the shift.Thereâs no reason why the lobby looks nasty and is out of aqua Fresca but thereâs 3-4 employees in the back doing whatever!! Overall I believe there are local and authentic Mexican restaurants that provide burrito bowls, burritos, and tacos that are way better quality that Chipotle and locally owned Mexican restaurants are going to treat you like family!!! This chain has been failing Terribly over the years and continues to get worse with every new generation of teenagers that are hired! There needs to be more discernment when hiring staff otherwise this will be the downfall of Chipotle!!! And letâs not get started on the rising costs of the food!!!! What used to costs me $15 now runs well over $22!! For this type of inflation you need to be giving better service and put out better quality foods, and PAY YOUR STAFF A LIVABLE WAGE!!!!!
