Loved the food and service here! I was served by Neco, and she had such a kind and friendly spirit that brightened my day.
The food was amazing and tasted so fresh.
I got the Avocado Chop and it was so refreshing and nutritious.
Loved this experience and would definitely go again!

Went on a Saturday evening at this new location of Piada.
This is Chipotle of Italy and I absolutely loved this concept.
The location, service , and atmosphere is absolutely great.
Somehow the pasta was uncooked, a bit hard to eat so they replaced it Otherwise this is a great place for taste , good portions and a good split for vegetarians.

This is a new location and I was having high hopes it would be the same quality of food and service as in Richardson or Frisco, but I was disappointed.
Food was average and the service was mediocre at best.
Even their opening lead team members were not able to save face for new hires, who appeared to be either undertrained or not have any service skills.
I asked for additional topping and was ignored or not heard, and wouldn't have gotten it if the lead chef all the way at the cashier did not hear me and flagged the server.
Another girl at the cash register was not going to address my question either if it was not for the same lead chef's reiteration.
Not eager to come back.
