Phoebe's Diner is a true gem for breakfast lovers! 🥞 I visited recently and was impressed by the cozy and trendy atmosphere. The fast service had my coffee in hand within minutes - and speaking of coffee, it's some of the best I've had in Austin.

I tried the classic eggs benedict, which was perfectly poached and smothered in rich hollandaise. The kids loved their fluffy pancakes, too!

With outdoor seating available, it’s a great spot for solo dining or family gatherings. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait, as it's popular! Can't wait to come back. ☕️✨
