Pho Saigon Bay is a gem tucked away in Robinhood Plaza! 🌟 The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a quick lunch or a cozy dinner. I was impressed with the prompt service, even during lunch rush.

I ordered the pho, which was delightfully herby and sweet, along with fresh spring rolls. Both dishes were bursting with flavor. My friend loved the vegetarian noodles and adored the strawberry banana boba shake! 🍓🍌

While prices have risen a bit over the years, the quality remains stellar. I’ll be back for my pho fix soon...!
