Pieology Pizzeria in Stockton is a casual spot that offers a unique twist on the traditional pizza experience. 🍕 You can customize your own pizza with a variety of fresh toppings, which is great for lunch!

The service was noticeably quick, even though they had some hiccups with cleanliness - tables were a bit messy when we sat down. They also provide vegan options, which is a huge plus for plant-based eaters.

However, our pizzas were a bit light on toppings, and we felt the price didn’t quite match the quality. Overall, it's a decent place if you value customization and fast service... Just hope for a tidier dining area next time!
