Pho-N-Thai is a hidden gem that I stumbled upon during my recent visit to Colorado Springs! The cozy atmosphere instantly made me feel at home. I couldn't resist trying the famous pho, and it was absolutely phenomenal - rich and flavorful, just as promised.

The egg rolls were crispy and fresh, and my husband's Pad Woon Sen was packed with flavor and generous portions, all for a great price!
