Monica's Taco Shop is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs that’s definitely worth a stop! 🌮 Their ground beef tacos are a steal at $2.87 - packed with flavorful meat and cheese, they're one of the best quick bites I've had. I also loved the delicious smothered breakfast burrito, with perfectly chewy tortillas!

The ambiance isn’t fancy, but the quality and value more than make up for it. Don’t skip the hibiscus tea - it’s a must! Just be sure to grab both the red and green sauces for that extra kick... You won’t regret it!
