The Pho here is delicious, it’s seasoned well and the meat was nice and soft. The staff was so, nice, everyone was all smiles. My waitress recommended a smoothie that I have never had and it was delicious. The pricing is very reasonable here.I will definitely be going back, I had a great lunch !
More people need to know about Pho Ginger!!! I love coming to this restaurant! It's one of our favorite Vietnamese spots. We usually get #9 Pho Ginger, #23 Combination Rice Noodle Bowl, #27 Stir Fried Egg Noodles, #35 Shaken Beef, #38 Three Item Rice Dish, #67 Handmade Fried Banana w/ Ice Cream and/or #68 Mango Sticky Rice.We try different dishes every time, and they're all so good and flavorful. This time, we got stir-fried noodles and shaken beef. Service is fantastic and the ladies are so nice! Price is very affordable and has big portions.Do yourself a favor and check it out already!!!
I spent about 3 weeks in Albuquerque on a work trip, and so was Googling pretty frequently in the area for food options. I usually have to drive very far for good Vietnamese food where I live, so Vietnamese food was one of the top things I was looking to try. Pho Ginger ended up being the first place, and one of the best places I tried in town. I ended up eating here about three or four times, and had to-go a couple of nights as well. The pho broth was phenomenal in itself, and worth the drive depending on where you are coming from. The accompaniments (herbs, bean sprouts, jalapeno, and limes) were all clean and fresh as well. There is usually plenty of seating available, and the parking in the strip mall it is located in is usually never packed. By the time I left the area I had tried their 10.Pho Dac Biet, 13.Bun Bo Hue, 23.Bun Dac Biet, their spring rolls 1., both chicken and pork Bahn Mi 5., their Soup Bo Vien 3., and an avocado smoothie. If you are a resident, or passing through ABQ, you owe it to yourself to check out Pho Ginger.
