We jumped on the Albuquerque Foodies bandwagon and tried Ming Dynasty.
We were not disappointed.
The food was delicious.
Though they have a sign asking for patience for lack of staff, we were served quickly and our food came out much faster than expected.
We enjoyed the pork and ginger dumplings as well as the stuffed shrimp on the sugar cane.
We will be going back to try even more.
A good place for a small bite or a large shareable meal.

If you want to dig in some authentic Chinese, and in particular, Cantonese (from the Southern part of China) food, but not those distorted, fast-food styles that are more catered to Americans, this is the place.
The presentation and taste do not lie.
Yang Chow fried rice and bok choy with beef are the kind of local dishes that you cannot resist.
Dim-sum (bite size treats ranging from buns to desserts) menu is also available.

This place is never disappoints.
Dim Sum is the best in town.
Service is amazing and food is fast and tasty!
