Phở Ca Dao & Grill is a true gem for Vietnamese cuisine fans! 🍜 The pho here is spectacular - aromatic broth that has that perfect balance of rich flavors. I tried the Pho Tai, and the tender beef slices were cooked to perfection.

Their banh xeo (Vietnamese pancakes) were crispy and packed with flavor, paired beautifully with the fresh herbs. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for a relaxed meal with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Escondido! Can't wait to go back! 😊

Absolutely incredible Vietnamese food! The best I've ever had! BBQ pork Bánh mì was out of this world! Great portion for kids plates.
Definitely can't forget the crispy spring rolls! Great prices! Very clean establishment! My daughter loved the cat robot to deliver our food too! The Vietnamese coffee was a great way to finish the meal! 100% will be back!

I typically prefer to avoid coming to this chain but it was raining and this was close to the area that are we are staying at. The menu is very straightforward, all in English.
I like that they kept it simple.
I went with my usual pho chin which is the thin steak but cooker.
I don't like to get the rare version.
But my husband did. The pho broth was actually good and had a strong flavor profile.
It came with the standard vegetables, bean sprouts, limes and Thai basil.
Overall good pho.
