Phở Ca Dao & Grill is a true gem for Vietnamese cuisine fans! 🍜 The pho here is spectacular - aromatic broth that has that perfect balance of rich flavors. I tried the Pho Tai, and the tender beef slices were cooked to perfection.

Their banh xeo (Vietnamese pancakes) were crispy and packed with flavor, paired beautifully with the fresh herbs. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for a relaxed meal with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Escondido! Can't wait to go back! 😊
