Very nice and polite staff that really try to make sure you’re having a good experience.
Food came out in good time, was fresh and hot and tasty.
They were very generous with the amount of meat in my bún bò huế.
If I had to give one but if constructive criticism, it would be to make the broth even richer in flavour to bring out the flavours.
After I left, I realized I could not find my phone and had my friend call the restaurant and they told me they had my phone and would hold it while I came back for it.
I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of the server/host, not everyone has those qualities these days and it made me appreciate pho 21 even more.
All in all, the food was good and fresh and I would definitely recommend Pho 21 to anyone!

I recently dined at Pho 21 and my experience was a bit hit or miss.
The Bo la lot was mediocre, and the Pho barely earned a 5/10 in my book.
The Com tham dac biet, however, salvaged the meal with a decent 7/10. The disappointment lay in the Pho's broth, lacking the deep and rich flavor I crave.
On the upside, the Com tham dac biet showcased well-cooked meat and flavorful elements. The server was attentive, ensuring a satisfactory dining experience.
The restaurant's environment was pleasant, contributing positively to the overall visit.
While not a standout, Pho 21 has its moments. Additionally, the che at Pho 21 was just okay—nothing particularly special.
It didn't leave a lasting impression, contributing to an overall average experience.

Short review: best vietnamese food in Indy. Long review: so many authentic options to pick from.
It's super impressive.
Some pictures on the menu are significantly inferior to the actual dish. My faves are spring rolls, the vermicelli section, and the broken rice ones...
I haven't tried the soups yet.
But I'll be back there soon. I am not sure such an authentic place will survive for long in a city like Indy.
So please go and enjoy it as it's up.
