Try the new Boba drinks!!! Love this classic chain! We frequent this location whenever we go to Indy.
Everything is always yummy. Try the new Boba drinks!!! They did not disappoint! great flavor and the boba pearls had the perfect texture! I would have a hard time distinguishing their boba milk tea from a legit milk tea boba restaraunt.
So far only 2 flavors but very good!!

This J&B has been more miss than hit lately.
Very greasy no matter what you order lately.
Just seems like quality keeps steadily going down but the service is usually good 👍🏽

I actually love Jack In The Box so it takes a pretty bad experience for me to complain.
I go to this location frequently and most of the time I am having the same issues.
The majority of my fries are either rock hard or rubbery and they are all cold.
The burger was not fresh and not even warm.
I rarely see these problems with other food chains, sadly I guess it's time to give up on you Jack.
