Food is pretty good.Problem is with the online ordering.They went from a perfectly running app to a flawed web-based system.Something to do with the Toast service but there doesn't seem to be any connection to the service.In addition, points in the app haven't been transferred to this new service.They say they will be but that was a while back.Kind of frustrating to take time to make an order and then the payment won't go through.I mentioned this to the lady at the counter and she seemed to brush it off.I don't necessarily expect them to take on the burden of website programmers but at least say sorry.

Derek, Thank you for this. We actually have the iphone app live. Toast is out point of sale company and the prior app is now redirecting to our online ordering just in a mobile version. We are working diligently to get the android app live but having some issues with Google for some reason. On the rewards platform all of the prior points are now current in the new system and able to be viewed and redeemed using your phone number. Honestly...it felt like walking straight into a glitch in the matrix.Like everything was frozen until we opened the door.We were the only customers in the store at that moment in time.Everyone else was staff and they were clearly NPC's.Every table even had a thin layer of dust on it.The whole situation was so eerie that it made it funny.Food was fine.I guess it replenished our health.Lol.Nothing bad about the restaurant or anything...just weird experience.Wouldn't trade it for a normal one.
The food was very good. It just came out slowly and I got mine about 5 minutes before my wife got hers. The manager realized the fault and offered compensation, however. We got there at the end of a swell of customers, and a delay was anticipated. I would have given 5 stars but for the atmosphere, which is mid level cafeteria. I'll eat here again, and recommend you give them a try.
