Pappa Chang Asia Bistro is a delightful hidden gem tucked away in Southtown Shopping Center! 🌟

I stopped by for lunch and opted for the “pick two half-sized entrees” deal, pairing General Tso's Chicken with Chicken Lo Mein. Both were bursting with flavor and freshly made - absolutely delicious! The egg roll on the side was a great touch too.

The cozy atmosphere is casual, perfect for solo dining or with friends. While the decor could use some sprucing up, the food more than makes up for it! 🍜

Definitely heading back for that crave-worthy General Tso's Chicken!
