Missing Veggies, Black beans, and the cup of Queso.
I reached out and they added a drink to my wallet.
I orders online alot and I have never complained.
This is the second time this has happened.
Let it go the first time.
But now, I am done ordering from this Chipotle.
Also, this location never has the orders ready by promised time.
Today was 1:10, my order was ready oat 1:25.

This is the most pathetic bowl.. Veggie Bowl $10.95 Veggie, Black Beans (½), Pinto Beans (½), Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa (Side), Sour Cream (Side), Fajita Veggies, Cheese, Guacamole (Side), Queso Blanco ($1.70), and White Rice Side of Queso Blanco $2.70 Tortilla on the Side $0.50

The food here tastes really good.
I've been to many Chipotle's but this one takes the cake on taste.
Their guac is on point and their lettuce, chicken is always fresh and tasty.
No other Chipotle has this much flavor in their food.
I've been here several times now and their food quality is very consistent.
Staff is great.

I had a DoorDash order to pick up.
I asked them for the order, but they did not even try to look it up.
There were no updates or communication.
The food was not fresh, and they did not have steak or chicken available.
What is the point of operating a store if you do not have the necessary ingredients ready? Management needs to improve the efficiency of their operation.
Why are there only 4-5 people working when the store is crowded with both online and in-person orders? I am truly confused by this lack of organization.
If you are unable to provide a service properly, it would be better to not offer it at all.
By doing so, you are wasting the time and money of your customers.
