I had the chance to stop by Papi's at Palomar on a Sunday night, and I was pleasantly surprised! 🌮

The Cochinita Pibil was a standout - perfectly cooked pork with a nice kick from their homemade hot sauce, definitely enough for two meals! The atmosphere is bright and festive, making it a lovely spot to enjoy some outdoor seating.

I ordered the chicken fajitas, which were flavorful, while my husband tried the steak and chicken street tacos - he found them a bit bland, but the quesadillas were a hit.

The only hiccup was a strange payment process that could use some tweaking. Overall, a fun experience! I’ll be back
